02 / Scientific workflows

Choose your unit of analysis

Both workflows preserve the run settings and link results to their evidence. The Agent helps with setup and interpretation; the pipeline performs the calculations.

P2

Protein-level analysis

Compare treatment and Vehicle with protein quantification input. Explore QC and changes in ΔRm at the PQE level.

G2

N-glycosite analysis

Use protein, enriched peptide and sequence inputs to examine Site Groups and their matched protein reference evidence.

03 / Distribution

Download & install

Chat-RefinedTPP runs locally. Public downloads will be listed here when released.

DEMO

v0.4.2-fix3

The original demonstration build. Windows setup requires a user-installed Python 3.12.x.

VALIDATION BUILD

v0.5.0

Improved Agent context, report history and run comparison. Requires a user-installed Python 3.12 or later. Stable release pending acceptance.

v0.5.0 validation

Testing the updated local package, Agent scope rules and report workflow before the first stable release.

Original Demo baseline

v0.4.2-fix3 remains the demonstration baseline. This baseline is distinct from the v0.5.0 validation build.

v0.4.2-fix3 Demo

The Demo installer is pending public release. A versioned download link will appear here when available.

On Windows, prepare Python 3.12.x, unpack the Demo, run setup.bat and then start.bat.

Quick Start

  1. Install the Python version required by your release.
  2. Unpack the release and run the setup script.
  3. Start the local app. Model configuration is optional for scientific analysis.
  4. Describe the design, upload the required files, review the plan and confirm the run.

Developer Guide

The local backend supplies scoped Agent instructions and validated tools. Approved runs use fixed analysis code; reports read the resulting files and run metadata.

The published guide will link to source entry points for the Agent, execution, and reports.
